How to Book

To attend Pam & Stuart's wedding the following information is required to book your space.

* Full Names exactly as shown on valid passport of each guest per room
* Birthdates of each guest
* Full mailing address including postal code
* Telephone number including area code
* Email address
* Departure Airport City eg. St John's, Halifax, Toronto, etc
* Form of payment (type of credit card)

Please note that we can only accept credit cards as form of payment.

Email or the form above is the preferred method of communication because it guarantees correct booking details and spelling of names.

We need anyone who wishes to confirm with this group to contact us to place a non-refundable deposit of $250 per person, which will secure your seat and your room at the resort. We have until September 19th to collect deposits, after which time rates may be re quoted.

Room category upgrades should be requested at the time of deposit.

Final payment for these rates if booked with deposit will be due by February 13th, 2014.

Please note that a valid passport is required for each traveler to the Dominican Republic.
